I worked with Natalie from start to finish, and she helped me find exactly the pieces I was looking for. She was thorough, personable, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process, including delivery. I never felt like I was just another sale at a dealership. All of my furniture is absolutely beautiful and exactly what I envisioned. I will definitely be a returning customer when I start working on my kids’ rooms in the near future.

What an awesome store, many different styles and colors available which made shopping for a couch simple. They offer great prices too. Friendly staff and will definitely return for more furniture.

My wife and I purchased furniture on 9/26/25. The manager at the time, Cody, promised us free shipping, free stain guard, and told us the order would arrive in about two weeks. Two weeks passed with no update. We called and were told the furniture would be delivered on 10/20/25. My wife took the day off work, and we were told it would arrive between 3–5 PM. Made a deal for a sectional that was coming in because we did not want the floor model due to it having a cut on it. Paid for it set the delivery date and was supposed to be contacted when it showed up to make sure delivery date was going to work. I was not contacted like the manger said I would be. I had to call the day of our delivery to make sure we were all set. I get the answer of “your time slot got taken we can bring it tomorrow” so we made that work.
