Sheila is very friendly and seems competent. But unfortunately I never heard back of them after my consultation. I’ve sent about 6 mails without any response. 2 stars for sorting out my 482 sponsorship (luckily my company pays for that) and a nice consultation with Sheila. Many other people had a great experience with them, unfortunately I can’t say the same.
Called to explore ENS 186 visa options, I was told that I could not book a consultation to review my position as the company policy is to speak to employers directly. This seems a poor method of delivering your services and advice. I have booked consultations with Sheila previously and received excellent advice as an individual. This appears to be an unfortunate new direction.
Lack of transparency when dealing with them. They try to force a consultation when asked for a simple quote as I know exactly what visa I'm applying for. Although they might say it's for it to be "as accurate as possible", I'm sure the 250 dollars doesn't hurt!
Highly recommended Interstaff dealt with my immigration responses s56, s57 and AAT hearing. What an amazing experience the staff are very friendly and caring who will go out of their way to get the results for their clients.
Wasted my money & time. Given very general info. that I already know and all basic info are available on the internet. I need an assistance and explanation about my situation. Also, no reply back to my emails :(
