Fantastic place to do banking! The teller who helped me (Kelsee) was super sweet and helpful.
People at Interra are nice, but for some reason, despite my multiple attempts to help them rectify the situation, they are unable to properly process StarLink payments and mark them fraudulent. Since then I have moved to Centier Bank on 17 and there has been no issue. Crazy that the bank that used to make the same transaction for two years on the same day for the same amount started rejecting them. Absolutely THE worst experience here. Customer service is HORRIBLE! And the employees are extremely unprofessional and act childish in front of customers. There were only two employees that were professional and one had an accent. And does no one have a dress code anymore? We’ve had to stop by to get a simple document signed several times and they don’t know how to send out a simple email. Would highly recommend to find another bank or another location more professional if you need anything more than just a deposit.

Got paid just after closing time before I left for my vacation by the company I work for. I did a mobile deposit because I needed this money for my trip out west. I deposited through the app got left the check in my truck and got kn the plane. Wake up this morning to a email saying the mobile deposit was declined. I called and they said it was too high of a risk to cash that big of a check. But that’s around how much I make every week and cash there.
