If you go through this bank, then don't. They took the direct deposit thing out of all their ATMS. Not worth time going to if you cant get to the branch during opening time!

People at Interra are nice, but for some reason, despite my multiple attempts to help them rectify the situation, they are unable to properly process StarLink payments and mark them fraudulent. Since then I have moved to Centier Bank on 17 and there has been no issue. Crazy that the bank that used to make the same transaction for two years on the same day for the same amount started rejecting them. Absolutely THE worst experience here. Customer service is HORRIBLE! And the employees are extremely unprofessional and act childish in front of customers. There were only two employees that were professional and one had an accent. And does no one have a dress code anymore? We’ve had to stop by to get a simple document signed several times and they don’t know how to send out a simple email. Would highly recommend to find another bank or another location more professional if you need anything more than just a deposit.
