If I could give 0 stars I would. This place has HORRIBLE customer service. ****** was the only nice person I talked to in a week of dealing with them. Everyone was rude. They charged my account twice and then have given me the run around on getting the money back when they were at fault. They did not handle the situation professionally at all.
Unable to purchase a car with my own money as they have absurd limits and timeframes on transfers. No solutions offered, I was even swore at by the service agent and the manager told me to bank elsewhere if I dont like it. Id rather leave my money in a mattress than with this bank. I will be closing my account asap. Completely unacceptable behavior from this company, and not the first time this has happened.
I wish i would have known about interra before signing a car loan with them, its only been the very first month and they have been messing up so bad that I've considered finding a new loan just so its not through them. The first problem I encountered was the portal they send me too for automated payments. i went to make a early payment and they MANUALLY denied it saying i had the wrong account information... ok so i went and redid my information thinking i was in the wrong, and resubmitted and then got the same email AGAIN!!... read more
So I had a car loan through Interra and that loan was paid off through a dealership. Then I receive an account balance of -$2.00. I called the Goshen location and the guy tells me he can reverse the negative payment but I would need to close the account by showing up in person to sign paperwork. SERIOUSLY? I live an hour and half away and work 12 hrs a day it's going to be a little difficult to show up in person when all they need to do is send me those papers via email I can sign and return to them. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received, more like lack there of, @ main office in Goshen, run around, card services (or lack there of) is just as bad if not worse, ZERO fraud protection on there card, steer clear of these clowns, they could care less if you close your account..

We paid for an appraisal which was done over 60 days ago for a construction loan on a home we would like to purchase. 60 days and we still don't have the appraisal results back meaning we have lost precious time to be able to do the construction and move our family in to the new home. I can't even move items over to storage in the barns because my belongings won't be insured. This is completely unacceptable, sloppy and lacks any regard for the needs of the client.
