What a joke you order a computer that states it's in stock only to find out it will take anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks to build then another 7 to 10 days to ship. Plus to get a refund takes 5 to 10 days to get approved then another 5 to 10 days to return back to your debit card! Save up and get a reliable computer from somewhere else. Their computers have serious issues. The warranty is only one year, probably because they know they would have to do repairs constantly if the warranty was lifetime. They won't accept returns, so you're stuck with a computer that you can't use unless you pay for factory defect repairs out of your own pocket. Customer care service is very good. Affordable wifi is a crucial item, but beware that this place WILL fleece you on some broken crap and mire you in endless customer service loopholes for MONTHS, and then eventually tell you they are keeping your money because you "missed the window". The window ie the time you were constantly on the phone with them. DO NOT BUY the Jetstream device!!
