Quite possibly the worst internet service in the entire state of Arizona. At a client's house in Rimrock I did a speedtest. See image for results. For the same price for service with Sparklight, I get 200 mbps.
Extremely poor customer service and internet service is touch and go...sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. 50/50 service. Repair calls plan to be on hold for at least 30 plus minutes and repairs take two weeks for a service person. Finding a better option is impossible in the Verde Valley.
