Centurylink has been extremely difficult to deal with. If your internet connection isn’t working they make it very difficult to get through to them and even set up an appointment to get a service technician to come and fix the problem.

Just moved up to Nederland and am trying to set up internet. It appears Centurylink is a good option for up here so my husband and I called to talk to a representative about setting up service. We were presented with the MOST rude customer service representatives. Not just one, but THREE different representatives that were incredibly rude to us. I first called and talked to someone who was trying to sell me on adding Direct TV. She went through her sales pitch and when she was done, I told her I wanted to talk it over with m... read more
