I have dealt with iHobb for over ten (10) years and can't speak too highly of them. If a problem arises, it is attended to immediately and fixed. If an item needs to be returned, shipping is covered without any fuss.If something has to be "looked into" it is done without delay. A really great company to deal with and anyone that says otherwise is a whiner who will probably never be satisfied!
Terrible Service! My last order took way too long to receive, because they offer items they don't even have. Substitute inferior products, then make you pay return shipping charges! Avoid this company!
