Their website is constantly down, and the app is a complete disaster—buggy and impossible to log into, throwing an "unable to validate your information" error even with the correct credentials. Transferring money between accounts is a nightmare; you have to call during business hours for it to happen same-day, or it takes days to process. This isn’t just inconvenient—it’s dangerous.
