Our driver had to unload the Trucktor at the delivery himself, because no one was there and I called in and tried talked Kim who I booked the load with but she didn’t answer the call or email, but another broker did and he said put it on the paper that he unloaded so we did and submitted it. Next day Kim answers and says no one told you that we will add, I already added a $100 at the time when we got the load. They use it as an excuse not to pay extra.
