Had a summer loop pump failing. (I did not know it was the summer loop pump or its location). I called and spoke with them they asked me run a few tests and report back on the status of the LED lights and they concluded it was the summer loop pump. They informed me that after I received the pump to call them and they would help me with the installation over the phone. My point being these folks are very helpful and I’m thankful for the help.
We needed our Oasis worked on and had an appointment for what turned out to be Memorial Day. When we realized the date of the appointment we called to confirm and they told us they weren't even open, they didnt see an appointmentfor us, , and they could not get us in in time for our travel dates. So, We decided to order a 3 year kit and pump, and find a mobile tech. Harder to do, but ok.
