Its September and waiting for an order from March. When we have gotten them to answer, they said the order would ship in August, and another time they said their computer was down.
I have sent this company message via their fanpage 3 years ago to import their tea but no reply at all
I have been working with this Company for a couple years now and everything has been great so far, thank you.
I've been buying from this company for over 5 years, and unfortunately the thousands of dollars in purchases I've made aren't enough to warrant a return phone call or apology for sending the wrong item, and overcharging me. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and encourage everyone reading this to do so as well.
This company has recently gone through changes, and unfortunately it did absolutely nothing to help them be a better company~ they are still a terrible source to buy tea from. The entire US tea industry hopes they will get their heads out of their a$$es. Good Luck ITI
