Been going here for years for machine maintenence. Knowledgeable. Realistic. Often remind me I should get a new machine, but understand that I am emotionally attached to my 1998 and its simplicity. Brought my teen daughter's machine in and they gave her tips and tricks for all the things I couldn't help with!
Father in law spent 3500 on a leather sewing machine. Only to find out that the machine doesn't work. They claim it was new but its in a repair shop. They say no refunds after they took his money.. Buyer beware stay far away as they give no customer service after that fact. If there was negative rating they would have it.
International Sewing Machines is fantastic. Wally is, as always, incredibly helpful. They all know their stuff inside and out, and don’t bother with the usual sales fluff. If you appreciate straight answers and real expertise, this is the place to go. No pressure and no nonsense. Just honest advice and top-notch service. Highly recommend!
I was extremely impressed with the excellent service done in just a couple of days. My singer machine is 53 years old . Not only did they get it working perfectly but found a undercarriage part that was lost years ago. I've been coming to them for probably 40 years and will continue to do so as I highly recommend them.
I had an awesome experience at this sewing repair shop. My husband and I were buying his first industrial machine, and the owners were super helpful—they know their stuff! They took the time to walk us through everything and even assembled the machine that same day, which we appreciated. Their knowledge and support made the whole process way easier than expected. Highly recommend if you need repairs, advice, or a new machine!
