I was extremely impressed with the excellent service done in just a couple of days. My singer machine is 53 years old . Not only did they get it working perfectly but found a undercarriage part that was lost years ago. I've been coming to them for probably 40 years and will continue to do so as I highly recommend them.
I had an awesome experience at this sewing repair shop. My husband and I were buying his first industrial machine, and the owners were super helpful—they know their stuff! They took the time to walk us through everything and even assembled the machine that same day, which we appreciated. Their knowledge and support made the whole process way easier than expected. Highly recommend if you need repairs, advice, or a new machine!
Been working with ISM for years, and found them always to be very knowledgeable and dependable for the upkeep of all our commercial industrial sewing machines in our shop.
I have been taking my sewing machines here for at least 35 years. It used to be a man that did the repairs, but he passed away and now his daughter does the repairs. They are timely in getting the repairs done. The only delay has been when something rare is broken in my machines and they have to get the parts from outside of Calgary, Canada, or even the country.
