They owe my dad for 20oz of gold 121,000 for 4 months now and he is taking them to court to collect it AND THEN SOME ! They took a month to send him a check and then STOPED PAYMENT ON IT ! BUT, THIER GUNNA GET WHAT'S COMING TO THEM ! CARL WRIGHT MIGHT BE A GOOD PERSON, BUTVTHE PEOPLE RUNNING IPM ARE CROOKS!!! BEWARE !!!!!

I strongly recommend DO NOT invest with this company. In April 2025, IPM agreed to buy coins from me that I purchased from them in 2018 which were held at a Gold storage company for a charge since that time. Coins were shipped from the storage company and received at the IPM location. To date these coins have NOT been paid for!! It appears that they have no intent to pay! Zero stars. This company and their employees should be ashamed of themselves. My father in law, a decorated combat veteran, passed away and left directions to sell his gold collection to IPM. My husband worked with Brock to complete this transaction. They confirmed they sold the collection at around 112,000 dollars. Since then, they have stated they sent checks that never arrived, refused to resend the checks, and then finally allegedly sent a check to the wrong address after we threatened legal action. They are not answering the phones and emails after charging the credit card for a big amount. Basically the phones are going to voicemail directly for more than a week and no emails are being responded.
