International paper is very unprofessional, inconsiderate and they do not abide by their own employee handbook. If you are an expecting parent, do not work for this company unless you want to be terminated for needing accommodations. But if you’re sick or injured you can have all the accommodations and time off needed, just can’t be pregnancy related.
Working as security for international was not bad it was the racial profile and discrimination within the company towards those who were there to protect and sure their property! I was a victim of racial profile and prejudice under contact with international papers! I took my job serious and really help people and for me to be racial profiled and loose my job over lies and fabrications is in unethical. Some of the workers are nice genuine people but the racial undertone environment is not ok
