We previously used Roman for our firm's Google 360 virtual tour, and he did a fantastic job! We recently had a friend in-house do our new photos, so I had to contact Roman to take out the outdated photos taken before renovation. He was so understanding and responding immediately, as well as help me place our new ones up. He truly cares about his future, current AND past clients - that's all you could ask for someone in the service business. I will always recommend Roman!
Roman said he was going to remove some outdated photos over a year ago and he has still not done it is causing confusion with my clients as a biz owner I hate to leave negative reviews but he will not even respond to communication Update: after posting negative review Roman has reached out however the images are not deleted and asking me to flag them (which I have multiple times over the last year) Roman has said he has requested removal I will update the review when and if this ever happens Update: photos have been removed.
I found Roman in the Google Trusted Photographer index and I chose to work with him because he wrote me back right away and was very responsive and his price was fair. Once an appointment was set, he walked us through the process and made it very simple. The tour was live on Google within days and I am very happy with the results. We share the virtual tour of our rehearsal space all the time. People love it and it is getting us more clients. Thank you Roman.
