I would not bring anything more complicated than a wagon for these guys to fix. After three attempts to fix our car and $500 for repairs that were not needed the problem remained unrepaired. The only reason we let him try the third time because he said "I am a man of my word. if this repair does not fix the problem I will not charge you". I am only giving any stars to show that i didn't forget the stars, but the truth is they are negative stars. In August they agreed to replace the motor on my stepdaughters truck. Since it seemed cheaper to fix than to buy a new car we decided to go that route. My first clue was he wanted money up front.. I went to get an exugst system put on my car I went to Meinecke to get a quote they were rude and crzy with there price they charged me 1000 I then went to international muffler and they were great all around price was just were I wanted it and as for the owner I actually seen him fight for a customer great place I will recommend international to any one

We have been going the R&F International Muffler and Brake for over 2 years. Before this time we had not found a garage that we felt were honest and fair. We have two cars that we would like to keep on the road and safe to drive for as many more years as possible, have full faiith in R&F that they will! The owners have great customer service skills and the mechanics get the job done quick and right (the first time). The prices are the best in the Poconos. We highly recommend R&F International Muffler and Brake.

I went back to this shop after hearing there were new owners. The service and pricing is fantastic. No worries of getting ripped off at this repair shop. I got what I needed done and no extra "surprise repairs" tacked on to my bill. The new owners are delightful and curtious.
