Edit: John called me today to discuss my experience. He told me that after the incredibly unprofessional handling of my case by Gerson, he has terminated their relationship with them and will not work with them again. Accordingly, I have upgraded my review - as the core team of IMG was excellent. As long as they will not work with this subcontractor again, I can highly recommend International Movers Network. This review is difficult to write because my experience was either exceptional or atrocious—nothing in between. The front and back ends of the service provided by International Movers Network (IMN) were superb. Initial communication, pricing clarity, responsiveness, and professionalism—especially from Vanity (estimates and setup), Gal (finance), and John (management)—were truly outstanding. Excellent professional assistance for shipping personal possessions from Ohio to Scotland. Everything was handled with courtesy and consideration, and pick-up and delivery were efficient and timely, and all materials were in great shape. I highly recommend IMN and it was a pleasure to work with them.

These guys are the real deal! International moves made easy (to the extend that’s possible!) and personable. Able to adjust without breaking the bank. Crew on the other side was well selected, their own crew on this side performed great even in the torrential rain none of us asked for. I hope to never move again in my life but if we do I’d be happy to use then again.
