Very kind and professional, HOWEVER: I only moved one piece of furniture, a small (tall and narrow) antique bookcase with an ornamental top. Everything else was boxed. And they broke the ornamental top off and did not send it with the piece, so I can’t repair it. Kind of a “you had one job” moment.

I experienced with IMN a seamlessly functioning team that collectively provided accurate, consistent, and helpful information. When a staff was not able to address a question I had, this was escalated and addressed immediately, taking the process forward where I did experience the frustration of having to start all over again. Edit: John called me today to discuss my experience. He told me that after the incredibly unprofessional handling of my case by Gerson, he has terminated their relationship with them and will not work with them again. Accordingly, I have upgraded my review - as the core team of IMG was excellent. As long as they will not work with this subcontractor again, I can highly recommend International Movers Network. The front and back ends of the service provided by International Movers Network (IMN) were superb. Initial communication, pricing clarity, responsiveness, and professionalism—especially from Vanity (estimates and setup), Gal (finance), and John (management)—were truly outstanding. Excellent professional assistance for shipping personal possessions from Ohio to Scotland. Everything was handled with courtesy and consideration, and pick-up and delivery were efficient and timely, and all materials were in great shape.
