My experience dealing with IMG has been great. Kayla in the sales department is very professional and effective. We had not wasted a lot of time going back and forth. Everything is straightforward. Matt in the delivery team is super helpful. He delivered the car a weekend before the original commitment. We are very happy with this used car that we bought from them. Wife and I took a ride down from Massachusetts to take a look at a Rivian that Mike had for sale. An hour later we were driving home with the vehicle. It was the easiest, most seamless vehicle purchasing experience of my life. I would 100% purchase another vehicle from Mike!
