Beware of doing any kind of business with Liz Gutierrez. She is dishonest and has no problem taking people’s money without providing what was promised. I rented an apartment in her house, where she lives upstairs, and the conditions were absolutely filthy and unsafe, completely unfit for a family, especially with small children.
