Transportation was arranged for my 6 month old daughter, who is about to get a liver transplant by the way, and I to be picked up from the hospital and taken home. When I called to see where the car was the person told me to give him 10 minutes. It's been almost an hour and no one is answering the phone. I dont what kind of company this is but I know what they are doing is absolutely ridiculous. I recommend the be avoided at all cost!

Driver was ridiculously rude. Over charged me for a drive I take every single day trying to tell me no one has ever charged that price when I’ve taken it multiple times never paying over a certain price. Then argued with me while I had my kids in the car telling me I needed to pay him first because I said I never paid that much for this exact ride I do every day. I requested service for me and my family and was charged extra for requesting a bigger car only for me to have to sit in the back in a tight squeeze.. Driver lazy and didn’t even get out the car to help with my aunt walker! Horrible and we had to wait over 20 minutes for the car..
