Always on time when calling ahead
No one answers their phone while your driver is over 30 minutes late. I missed my Doctor's appointment because of it. NEVER again !
Excellent
Transportation was arranged for my 6 month old daughter, who is about to get a liver transplant by the way, and I to be picked up from the hospital and taken home. When I called to see where the car was the person told me to give him 10 minutes. It's been almost an hour and no one is answering the phone. I dont what kind of company this is but I know what they are doing is absolutely ridiculous. I recommend the be avoided at all cost!
