Excellent customer service and fresh food. There are a lot of different food options. The store is clean and even with all the different foods they carry the store is neatly stocked making it easier to find what I need.
Too expensive
Продавщица на нарезке уже не раз проявляла непрофессионализм: может продать некачественный товар, нарезать слишком толстыми кусками, не спрашивая пожеланий клиента. Постоянное недовольное выражение лица создаёт ощущение, будто покупатели мешают ей работать. Очень неприятное обслуживание, хотелось бы видеть больше уважения и внимания к клиентам. Завтра обязательно привезу эту красоту обратно! Свинство! Хозяину надо бы почаще на отзывы смотреть и следить за своими работниками.
Be prepared for no English---it seems as if everything is (possibly) Russian, and the staff speak little English. It's fun, though, to go looking at things and guess what they are. The pastries look yummy--we picked up a "potato" which is a chocolate confection---very rich, dense, and cocoa-y. The huge meringue was delicious. Give these folks a try---lots of smiles and helpful patrons who are bilingual. 😊
