I have to admit that they did a good work on negotiations. Was happy to know about more training for shop stewards. Expect more improvements
This is my first job with union representation. PTE17 has broken all the stereotypes--my local union is very organized and the union reps are smart, hard working, passionate and effective at what they do.
PTE Local 17 is the worst union I'd ever been a part of. I was one of the 200+ IT folks they just up and DROPPED one day, apparently due to the "destructive power of one." ONE person. Thanks a lot for all you did for us Local 17...for taking our union dues and doing absolute jack $hit with it. LAME. Since then, we elected to join IBEW 77. Night and day difference.
