Do not trust this company with your future. I paid over $300 for an evaluation of my Egyptian High School Diploma. Their website promised a 10-day turnaround time. It has now been two months, and my application is still marked as "pending." When I called customer service, I waited on hold for more than 2 hours only for the agent to tell me they never received my official transcripts. Be aware before using this evaluation service. My experience was very disappointing because the report I received did not accurately reflect my professional education and credentials. Despite providing documentation of my educational background and professional qualifications, the evaluation did not represent my actual field of study and caused unnecessary stress and concern.
