I recently had a couch delivered, and the entire experience went incredibly smoothly. The International Design Center warehouse team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I also had a table from another furniture store with a trim piece that had chipped off. Kevin assured me he could fix it, but I was skeptical because it looked pretty bad. We worked with john at IDC to order our custom Moller chairs from Denmark. We did extensive research and finally landed on purchasing these chairs and we absolutely love them. The craftsmanship is outstanding — every detail feels intentional, solid, and beautifully made. Everything started out fine….until there was a problem. The fit and finish on our new Stressless sectional has been anything but stressless. It was so bad they agreed to replace it, however, the replacement was as bad if not worse than the original. Now IDC has gone radio silent. I would not recommend a Stressless sectional as the pieces don’t fit together properly and apparently IDC has no interest in resolving the misaligned seams and sections that connect at weird angles.
