Absolutely disgraceful! My friend went there to find out information about changing her visa. She has two doctorate degrees and went there since the reviews were so great for this place. Waited a month for an appointment and a Chinese man looked at her, looked at her passport and said "You want to stay go find Canadian man to marry you" and sent her away. This woman was devastated and felt like a used piece of meat. I have lodged a formal complaint with the government. My friend in question left Canada and never will return.... read more
