I have had a very disappointing experience with IBC Bank. The staff has consistently been unhelpful and rude, and it’s incredibly difficult to get any assistance over the phone; they don’t listen and constantly interrupt. I was hit by a work truck on my way to this bank, and while I was dealing with the situation and speaking with police, the parking lot workers told my husband he couldn’t park there — despite me showing them my bank card to prove I was a customer. The parking lot staff and Mike Compos showed little to no sympathy during a very stressful moment.
