I paid over $7,000 to help resolving my tax issues and was assured they could handle my case. They reassured me that they were going to be able to come to an agreement with IRS. In the end, I was told there was nothing they could do and that I should file for bankruptcy. I was promised that the very first thing that they would do would be to order transcipts as soon as they received my $800 retainer (I have the email to prove this). I appreciated this, as I told Jerry that I cannot take time from my job to handle the contacting of the IRS to get my personal issues resolved.
