I have made 3 attempts to visit IRS office in White Plains. First time the computer system was down. Second and third time I came during my lunch break. I been very busy at my work I can't come in the morning. First time I came around 2Pm and last time around 1PM. I was screamed and yelled by security guard to leave!!!!????? Does people who are working in our Government are being so disrespectful? Isn't it our tax money that pays for their salary?
