I am writing to share my appreciation for the excellent service I received today. Although I was initially hesitant to visit after reading some negative reviews online, I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and care provided by your staff. Every person I encountered—from the security team outside the building and in the lobby downstairs, to the receptionist in the IRS office and my tax advisor—were wonderful. Thank you all for your hard work and for providing such a positive experience.
The receptionist did not know what he was talking about. Went in to try to verify my identity for an ip pin and got turned away.
