If you look around at government employees in almost every sector, the service is consistently terrible — no urgency, no response, no resolution. Is this why thousands are being laid off? No accountability, just silence.

They were Very Helpful courteous said something want to hear but it was helpful and got the Help I was acting looking for and came back to pick up my income tax check

Talk about inefficient! The IRS website says I can’t get a copy of my 2023 taxes because they don’t have it. I got a copy because I printed it last year when I filed , but they claim my information to identify myself is wrong. If it’s wrong, what are you comparing it to when you said, you don’t have my 2023 taxes ? Then TurboTax says they don’t have my 2023 taxes I filed on their website last year. 🤣🤣 Every working poor person I know who has filed their Income tax, tax has been rejected. Why? Had to talk to 3 different people to get an appt. Waited 6 weeks and went to the irs office only to have them tell me I had no.what a joke. Irs needs to be shut down. F these bureaucrats. I've been trying to get my tax refund for 2018 for 6 years now. And they don't even have wifi. What a joke
