The customer service is very poor to answer your calls but they don't answer your even if call them I been waiting since February 19 2025 and today September 30 2025 if rated I zero star
I waited only 2 minutes after checking in. The representative was super friendly and handled our issue with no problem. It was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had with federal government customer service.
You may not hear what you want to hear but you get honest answers at the Seattle office
Hold over an hour to get no resolve
Someone need to handle their business on the agency .....ot else I will handle it myself! It won't be nice and I can care less of getting caught just as long the agency get the message ....don't think just because you work for the government doesn't mean you are untouchable!
