My experience at this IRS tax assistance office was excellent. Ms. Abarca was very kind, informative, and professional throughout my appointment. I arrived about 15 minutes early and was greeted by a friendly security guard. As long as you follow the directions provided, the process goes very smoothly. Didn't even take my call. The computer told me they were too busy. I should try later or the next day. I'll have my computer try some other time.

“I had a very frustrating experience with their service. I only needed assistance to check whether a piece of mail had been sent to me. They told me to make an appointment and said they would help. I drove two hours to get there, but when I arrived, the staff member didn’t even have her computer open and seemed unprepared. Instead of helping, she gave different reasons and asked me to come back again. This does not make sense and was a complete waste of my time.”

工作人员服务极差，我们开车大约100公里，来查询一封国税局信件的真伪，都被工作人员以没有预约为由拒绝查询，不知道这是公务员，还是公误员？！
