WENT TO OFFICE ON FOREST DRIVE WAS TOLD I NEEDED A APPOINTMENT JUST TO GET AN ADDRESS TO MAIL A LETTER TO THE IRS THAT I WANTED TO GO TO THE CORRECT OFFICE AND IT TOOK ME TWO DAYS OF CALLING A EMPTY OFFICE THAT SAID THEY WERE TO BUSY TO TAKE MY CALL VERY VERY FRUSTRATED DOESNT EVEN MAKE SENSE ARE GOVERMENT POLICIES MAKE KNOW SENCE AT ALL AND THE WAY THIS PANNED OUT IT COST ME OVER $5000.00 DOLLARS BECAUSE I COULDNT GET A ADDRESS I CALLED HR AND BLOCK THE LAST DAY I HAD TO MAIL IT AND GOT THE ADDRESS IN 2 MINUTES WHICH IS RID... read more
They don’t answer the phone, so you’ll have to go in person. The person at the front desk doesn’t greet you, and when you say hi, he seems very unwelcoming. Once you get to the back, though, the staff is very informative, friendly, and helpful.
I called to find my refund status and after going back to main menu again, and again, it's no way to speak to a representative. What a poor customer service 😢
On hold for over an hour just to get hung up on.
