I tried calling several times and can't get ahold of anyone... You want my tax money! Pick up you fing phone
I was on hold for 45 minutes, wait time was an hour. Call hung up, told me to try again later. Took me 15 minutes to get to the point of being able to be on hold, because of the automated messages
Very pleasant experience at Internal Revenue Service, Forest Drive , Annapolis. They were prompt, knowledgeable, professional and empathetic. Very helpful with our issues, and explained everything so it was easily understandable .
I made an appointment, then waited a month. When you arrive, the suite door is locked so you have to knock. Then the guard opens it, steps out, questions you and makes you give them your ID. When they let you through the door they stop you and explain that they use a metal detector wand and/or pat down for security. They make you stand facing the door and lift each leg to use the wand.
