Biggest scam in the whole world. Filed for an Amended return 9 months ago and never recieved it, every month I waste an hour on a hold just to find out that it is "processing" and I will get a letter on call If they need additional information. Shockingly no one ever called me or requested additional information. Absolutely disgusting, they stole my money and there is no way I'm getting it back.
