I sit on hold for TWO HOURS only to have a voice automated message say sorry we cannot help you please call back another time. They are still opportune hours. What a crappie system. I’m trying to survive life so I can work to live and give all of my money away to other people and I can’t even get an IRS agent in the phone. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Super unhelpful! Just rushed me out and told me to call the irs which I’ve already called and they just hang up “because they have to many callers” it’s 9am smh. Clearly my tax payer dollars are going to good use.
Even though it says permanently closed if you call you can schedule an appointment but the individual helping people might as well be a regular person of the street. The fact that they refuse to answer anything regarding your own personal taxes is beyond me and EVERYTHING AND I MEAN EVERYTHING, is an inconvenience for them. You might as well get a lawyer that knows how to take them to court because they refuse to be helpful.
