The building has no signage out front. Paper signs in the building. Paper print outs taped up. I know the Govt can afford a proper sign. Nothing is clearly marked. Go the 3rd floor, turn right, go down little hallway. Security guard was okay. I never got past him. I was late for my appt because th link they sent me in my email, sent me on a wild goose chase throughout Clak, Westfield, and then finally to the building across the street. Do better Govt.

Had a very good experience today at this IRS office, processing was really smooth and quick. Security officer and Reception were really kind. Just keep your documents handy and having bit excess documents dont hurt just in case... Officer Chen at the IRS office was really helpful and kind ... know what they do....
