I was told on the phone with the IRS to get an appointment at a Taxpayer Assistance Center for help filing a back year of taxes. I arrived with all of my W2s and necessary documents and was told that they’re not allowed to actually ASSIST me in filing my taxes by helping me fill out the form itself, they can only submit already completed forms! We call and call and call no one answered the phone. We try making appointment multiple times. when we were trying to make an appointment We came to the establishment try to be nice but the manager Mrs. Madrid ID number 10068549 thru us out.
