We had to go and verify our identity in order to receive our tax return. We chose to go to Rome office instead of Birmingham. The security guards were super nice and also the IRS lady Mrs Spear was super super nice. It could of not been any better.

I find it unbelievable on all the negative comments! I drove my ex-wife to the IRS office and she was more than 30 minutes late because we're from Alabama and she forgot the time change situation and we showed up the two officers in the front were nice and they still took her in and she said they were very nice to her! You got to give respect if you want to receive it and most of you with a negative comments must have locked some decency in order to be treated the way you claim you've been treated.
