Terrible service! An old lady didn't make the slightest effort to provide decent service! She wouldn't let us speak and didn't want to do anything to resolve the issue.
Nothing against anyone working at this location. The irs needs to fix the way their systems work. It’s a horrible experience.
It is september and they said they have not even looked at our return. We are financially hosed, that refund was my last hope. They did the same thing, last year. We need to consider a new Tea Party. $8K is a lot to lose when you aren't a politician or lawyer.
System won't let me talk to anyone due to high volume of calls and says call next buisness day for weeks now and my online account doesn't display what I owe. Now my taxes are past due and I'm sure they are going to want a late fee due to IRS under staffing.
