Horrible service, I called to make appt in my city after where I walked in and was told to call and an make appointment waited 30 minutes and they hung up on me then I called back spoke to someone who wanted to make my appointment in 4 locations different from where I live I'm in Daytona Beach they want my appointment in Orlando 1hr away, Tampa 2hrs away, Jacksonville 1hr or Gainesville 1 1/2 away but there's an office in my city that's 2.2 miles from where I live now make that make sense... no sense at all, AND THEY tell me... read more
Terrible service! An old lady didn't make the slightest effort to provide decent service! She wouldn't let us speak and didn't want to do anything to resolve the issue.
Nothing against anyone working at this location. The irs needs to fix the way their systems work. It’s a horrible experience.
