The worker there was extremely quick to help me verify my identity. I was in and out in about 15 minutes! He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
The whole my process was super quick, all the staff in the office were attentive and nice.

Worst customer service ever. Colossal waste of time. What do they even do if they're just going to tell you to call the IRS yourself?
