The man who helped me was very polite and knowledgeable and extremely happy considering I've waited for couple years to receive my 21 taxes and could never get any answer over the phone with the IRS call line but the gentlemen who helped me in person was amazing thank you again.
it is not clearly marked on the outside of the building that it is the IRS building so you have to basically go in and find out.
The hold talking to a bot is bull crap it won’t let you talk to anyone at all they sent me a letter saying my information for my bank account was messed up to change it scan a QR code I did and nothing idk what going on but it’s upsetting feeling like they want to keep the money
Tried calling three different times and each time it hung up on me! No matter what I pushed to try to get an agent on the line it ended the same, the voice saying "Call back when you have that information, goodbye" Sucks...
