The hold talking to a bot is bull crap it won’t let you talk to anyone at all they sent me a letter saying my information for my bank account was messed up to change it scan a QR code I did and nothing idk what going on but it’s upsetting feeling like they want to keep the money
Tried calling three different times and each time it hung up on me! No matter what I pushed to try to get an agent on the line it ended the same, the voice saying "Call back when you have that information, goodbye" Sucks...
A tip to save you.: We went to the Market Street office in Parkersburg, West Virginia on 7-26-24 during their posted hours to drop off some correspondence. It was closed that day, and when we tried to leave through the outer door, it was locked. If a passerby had not seen us through the window and opened the door from the outside, we would still be stuck inside. The outer door lets you in, but not out! It would be best to have someone in your group stay outside- just in case.
Filed myself... not allowed to pay, wasted $300 to have somebody else get the same result, tried to go to the office, went to everybody, site, and # you guys list anywhere. If you want my money send a dude with a clipboard or stay sol. I'm not evading anything.
