Undeniably the worst irs system ever. I’m trying to help my autistic brother pay his taxes in full and I can’t get an appointment over the phone or come up there and make the payment on his behalf! Why on earth would I go get papers filled out as a representative just to pay his balance on the account. The stupid website made us wait over an hour to verify his information and no one showed up on the video call!
