I’m not sure if I’m the only one, however I’ve been trying to call and speak to an actual representative about a situation and all i get is the automated response that are un helpful. It is very frustrating since i need to speak to a representative as the automated response arent helpful at all. I need assistance thats it if someone knows how to get to where i can speak to a representative on the phone ill be grateful truly.
Gorge or whatever his name is is the absolute worst to deal with. He doesn't care. Wants u to immediately leave and hates people. Needs to find a job that doesn't deal with people or perhaps he was racist. No clue but absolutely the worst. He made me feel like a cockroach.
These people are racist and completely unprofessional. I was send there by the IRS to fix some taxes issues. When I got there with my appointment the lady call the supervisor because they don't help people there the lady say. When the supervisor arrive he saw the appointment letter first start complaining because my accent and then say " I don't understand why they send u here cause we don't help anyone here you need to figure it out by u're self". Meanwhile I American lady when with a similar issue and was help right away.
