I’m not sure if I’m the only one, however I’ve been trying to call and speak to an actual representative about a situation and all i get is the automated response that are un helpful. It is very frustrating since i need to speak to a representative as the automated response arent helpful at all. I need assistance thats it if someone knows how to get to where i can speak to a representative on the phone ill be grateful truly.
Gorge or whatever his name is is the absolute worst to deal with. He doesn't care. Wants u to immediately leave and hates people. Needs to find a job that doesn't deal with people or perhaps he was racist. No clue but absolutely the worst. He made me feel like a cockroach.
