Very bad experience I received during my 9:30 AM appointment August 14, 2026, at the Waterbury office. I was assisted by Mr. Santos, who was unhelpful and appeared very sleepy. He couldn't help with me stated he was Not trained to help with the issue failing to provide any information regarding why my returns are delayed. He told me someone from a different department would call me within 30 days with an answer, making the appointment a complete waste of my time. I'm getting the runaround for this.. You people do this on purpose clearly but you make sure you find whomever owes you money. Horrible service you get an absolute 0.
