I came today to obtain couple transcripts and the staff were very professional even that I didn't have an appointment. They took care of me in less than 5 minutes. I'm very happy with the service and knowledge. A++++
This place sucks indeed.. . U gotta wait for hours ...and wait ...and wait...u come here to pay taxes and u gotta wait alot just to pay lol
Horrible, 2 hours and counting, no number is getting called, crazy... Federal workers at there best
Terrible service . I had to wait from 8:30 am until 12:00 pm and still i wasn't called. Alot of people are over here just waiting to ba called but nobody is.
