After 3 plus years of trying on several attempts on my own to get a refund owed to me I gave up and went to this IRS office and they took pains to get me my refund. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable of every form that they needed me to file to finally recieve my refund. Highly recommend getting IRS help at this office. They care.
Called IRS. Told I didn’t need an appointment and could just go to my nearest IRS office. Went to website and found FT Collins office. Drove one hour to Ft C to find out it was not open and I would have to drive another hour to Cheyenne WY. Can’t find out if it’s also closed. IRS customer service sucks.
Nick B. made a cruddy errand on a crunch much easier. Despite walking in a few days before tax day, he was ready to help and kept a positive attitude. Thank you again for making the worst adult activity more manageable.
