Went as a walk in, no appointment to sort out my stalled tax return. I filed an easy tax return electronically in early February, and my return has been “processing” ever since. Alex was very diligent and patient in troubleshooting the issue. While my return is still “processing” I did get some answers, and peace of mind knowing that things are in fact finally moving forward.
