I accidentally wrote the wrong name (Jack) on the survey we did inside the office, we were just in a rush since my son was getting upset. I just wanted to say that Alex was so helpful and was the only one, after hours on the phone and two other tax appointments, who was able to figure out what was going wrong with our taxes. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Fast and efficient as well! Thank you!
Went in to ask a couple questions b4 filing. Was told by the security guard that I'd only be able to talk to someone after filing. He essentially said that no one in that office will speak to me until after I've made mistakes filing, potentially incurring fines n penalties. Then I could come in and have them gleefully tell me how I'm going to get hosed, while they correct any mistakes. Don't expect any assistance from this local office.
They asked for my social security number just to set up an appointment?
Very small office with limited hours and waiting space. The staff was professional, accommodating and knowledgeable. Just wish the on-local side of the interaction was as efficient and helpful...
