This office is absolutely useless. I have called several times over the past few months and have never been able to speak with anyone. The IRS has made a mess of my taxes and I've had to deal with them through the mail, which they have screwed up even more. Sending confirmations that they've fixed our return, then sending more bills for the same problem. I can't get ahold of an actual person locally, online, or over the phone. Office address was wrong And posted they moved and that was wrong also. Have no idea where its at. And cant het ahold of anyone
Waited 2 hours on hold to set up and appointment. When I went to the appointment the lady informed me that she couldn't help because her systems where down.
Monday through Friday is ridiculous.Because it's Monday tried to call nothing.So they must be overseas , because wherever they're at , it's still not monday
