Makes absolutely no sense of how I call for assistance at the beginning of opening hours and have yet to receive any assistance. I’ve now been waiting 1hr 8min; The automated recording mentioned the hold time would be between 15 -30 min. It’s astonishing how quick they are to penalize an individual or withhold individual tax payer funds but lack quality customer service. Waited to speak with something for 4 days now. And finally, when I got in touch with someone, they transferred me to another department to wait another hour. After an hour waiting on the phone, the phone hangs up WOW! And this did not happen once but twice that day. The other 3 days I waited over an hour no one answered at all. I really believe they have it set up this way before they get off. I really hate dealing with these people. They want the money and don't mind threatening you but don't want to help you or talk to you... read more
