The worst goverment department hands down! When they want their money you have to pay it right now but when you are owed money they can take their sweet @ss time! Absolutely disgusting! Such a waste!!!!
Went in to resolve an error that the IRS caused after I filed an amended return. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable and quickly found out the error that the IRS data entry person made when keying in my amended return. He corrected the error and had me out of there in about 1/2 hour. Times are limited but if you call they will triage your problem and set an appointment if warranted.

How do you use H&R Block? My state in Idaho came back. My Fed never did? I don’t own a home. I don’t own a business. I have one child that I get tax credit for this year again however they said I made too much as a female truck driver and wouldn’t give me my tax credit. So if I were to stay at 42,000 I could’ve got it but now that I’ve earned more than that I don’t for that that doesn’t make sense because for the hub group I may double back and got my child tax credit. For fed???
