North Dakota State Government needs to do something about the IRS office here in Bismarck ND. They are never open. My husband and I made several trips to that office but it's always closed. The worse of it is that, it shows open on their website but when you get there, you'll see notices saying they're closed. Do they have a different holiday from other departments in the state? If they won't be in their office, they should at least have a live chat or a representative you can speak to on the phone. I hope they read all thes... read more
