Whoever was the receptionist working around 3-4pm on February 4th 2026 needs to be fired. She's extremely rude and unprofessional. There's no reason for her to be giving the attitude that she gives when working in such a professional building.
I just wanted to say John Guvenc was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to help me when I was in limbo over 2024 and 2019 tax. He was direct but friendly and extremely helpful absolutely an asset to the team there in WPB. Thank you John
There's no guard, and they said they can't open the door without a guard. Regardless of you having a meeting.
They where amazing, They were wonderful, they helped me and were attending to me quickly and solving my problems.
John Guvenc was an exceptional worker, helped me on multiple occasions to resolve an identity theft issue. Excellent at the job he does. If it’s possible please give him a promotion because he deserves it!
