I had a good experience the first time I walked in but this time I was a bit confused. I only needed to have a form printed out because online it doesn’t let me or even show up. It was 16 minutes until closing and the woman not sure her name snapped at me about “read my lips were about to close” and last time I did this took about 5 minutes.
