This review is for the IRS in general. I have never been to the WPB office. After several days of calling and not being able to get a live person, I was just on hold for a little over 2 hours, trying to find out why my return is delayed, only to be told that "they sent me a second letter yesterday". I don't understand why it's so hard to get a clear answer from them.
Mr money guy..great with knowledge with Taxes and saving money too..Investment and Insurance consultant too..He been in the Tax Business 35 yrs and owed 3 HR Block franchises in the past..trust me he knows Taxes..Corporate,Trusts and Personal.
Whoever was the receptionist working around 3-4pm on February 4th 2026 needs to be fired. She's extremely rude and unprofessional. There's no reason for her to be giving the attitude that she gives when working in such a professional building.
I just wanted to say John Guvenc was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to help me when I was in limbo over 2024 and 2019 tax. He was direct but friendly and extremely helpful absolutely an asset to the team there in WPB. Thank you John
There's no guard, and they said they can't open the door without a guard. Regardless of you having a meeting.
