I had a good experience the first time I walked in but this time I was a bit confused. I only needed to have a form printed out because online it doesn’t let me or even show up. It was 16 minutes until closing and the woman not sure her name snapped at me about “read my lips were about to close” and last time I did this took about 5 minutes. This place is the most unprofessional and ridiculous I've ever seen.
Absolutely terrible. The first agent was kind and soft spoken and was asking me questions about my visit that day. Then some absolutely horrible woman took over. Before i could even answer some of her questions she jumped all over me, as if i was too slow in answering her. If she is the face of the New IRS, then, she should be fired or relegated to the back office away from people.
