Heres my review. It was great the IRS agent whom I didn't get her name she made my experience so helpful. I don't get out much don't associate with people so I was feeling socially awkward. My thanks also to the great security guard for his help & all. I handled myself well. However & this has zero to do with IRS is the issue of the restrooms & I know that the employees have little control. Anxiety had kicked in day before my appointment, was almost full blown walking in the building. Surprisingly, Security was warm and very professional. Didn't have to wait long, the Gentleman who took care of my needs, worked professionally & with a respectful manner to resolve my issues. I'm truly grateful. 🙏🏽 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
